"This hotel is absolutely stunning. You can tell they care about their space, and the greenery is amazing. Things to remember: you’re staying on a main beach with a lot going on. If you’re looking for something quiet and relaxing, this part of Mazatlan may not be what you’re looking for. That being said, we loved the bandas on the beach, the service, and overall people were so friendly and fun to be around. I hope I can return again, we loved Hotel Playa Mazatlan. "

"Always same food served. No liquor I usually drink. No non alcohol beer for my husband only specific bars and they don’t go get it!!! We told them we r here 9 days can u bring some here? They say no I even spoke with manager he said same thing. My husband has heart probs and can’t walk far??? Unbelievable service at this Tiu"
