"Door of the building didnt lock"

"Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. "This was an amazing place to stay. The metro is so close it gives you the best of both worlds. Our host was so sweet they even gave great food, pastry, and sites to see recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"Apartamento exterior con excelente ubicación, justo al lado de la Gran Place y en una zona muy concurrida de bares, pero muy bien aislado. Es un segundo sin ascensor con escaleras estrechas. "Very clean place, well located, spacious and complete with everything you need, would totally recommend. Keep in mind there is no elevator and no front desk / no place to store luggage."

"We tried to contact the host before arrival re how to access the flat and he replied to say he would tell us how to get in before/in good time. He didnt. We took the metro to close to the flat and only then did we get a message to say there was a flood and he would offer us a different flat. But for more money. We refused to pay more. He agreed we could go there. We took the metro to the other side of the city and just as we got there he sent us to a flat near Gare du Midi which was smelly...

"Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us."

Nice Stay

"Nice stay, location is great if you’re using the train and only spending a couple days. Hotel is convenient to everything in the center. Rooftop view is wonderful. Beds are fairly comfortable but nothing spectacular. Staff didn’t acknowledge VIP status and didn’t really say much, for a VIP property I would think they should say something…but that’s me"

Hidden Gem, Great Location, Friendly Staff!

"I recently stayed at Hotel Mozart and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is decorated in a Moroccan style throughout and is beautiful. The courtyard garden is a delightful addition. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk from the main square and around 10 minutes walk from other tourist sites such as the Manniken Pis as well as other restaurants and bars. Hotel Mozart also has a cafe during the day - the mint tea is done in the traditional Moroccan style and is delicious. Breakfast is basic but does the job and is delicious. The bathroom is basic but has excellent water pressure and a hairdryer which works! Rooms overlooking the main street have background noise but the beds are super comfy. I plan to stay at the Hotel Mozart next time I come to Brussels and would recommend you do too!"
