"Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. I did communicate with smart flats whilst there, they said that they would sort it out but unfortunately they didn't whilst we were there for the two nights. The shower wasn't that...

"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. Would be better if the one shower had a door on it to stop the water going into the room. There is quite a big step from...

"Great location, very big and spacious but stains on the seating were very noticeable and light didn’t work in one toilet TV but no tv remote "

"Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"I want to discuss a full refund due to the fact that we didn’t even end up staying at this flat. There were some sort of ticks and insects ALL over the beds, ceiling and walls. It was unsantitary in so many levels. The stairs were flooded and lights didn’t work."

We did physically see one on our last night, however after we had some rush in our skin since the past days. But after seeing the bed bug in the wall, it all matched. "Amazing check in service and friendly and amazing staff, they were so keen to help and go out of their way to make us welcome despite being from England. I loved the vibe and the area was fantastic. The ease of check in and out was brilliant and the breakfast was fine. The only concern I had was that the air conditioning was only allowed to be set at hot and I feel sick when a room is warm so I couldn’t cool it down using the air conditioning meaning I had an uncomfortable nights sleep. Please Europe consider asking guests on check in whether they’ll require cool air rather than being set at the European temperature (warm) Otherwise an amazing stay and I will definitely be back! "

Great place for a weekend away.

"AMAZING! Great place for a small weekend away to Brussels / Belgium. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right in the centre of everything you will need. Even though it is in a busy area, there is absolutely no noise coming into the rooms. I would highly recommend for anyone who is tight on time / wants to prioritise location. Rooms were incredibly decent and comfortable. Minor point about temperature fluctuations in the shower but that is it!"
