"This was a reasonable property with a magnificent view. The location is perfect. Walkable both from the north and the south. And close to the free trolley stop. The room itself had everything we needed and was very clean, but could use some fresh paint in the bathroom. Bed was super comfy. Close to many 5 star restaurants. Beautiful sunsets over Catalina Island. I would have no hesitation in returning to this property again and again!"

"This place was ideally located. Close to everything you could ever need or want. It was clean, the beds were super comfy. The only cons are the road noise at night is pretty loud, with motorcycles constantly going by so loudly setting off car alarms. Also, the "plenty of street parking" isnt quite accurate. When we arrived we had to park blocks away and bringing a weeks worth of luggage that far wasnt fun. On street sweeping days we had to park in the boys and girls club parking lot as there...

I come here once a year, but this year it was 2 times and next door to each other. Love this place. Great location. Everything within walking distance. No need to drive your car around."
