"The house was cute. Very clean and all amenities were there. The actual lot has another house right next door and a couple small bungalow types behind the cabin. Was odd because we could hear people’s full conversation when in the bathroom and even laying in bed. Parking for a large vehicle such as a Dodge truck, is not going to happen at the property so be prepared to pay for meter parking. I’m not sure if the bed and couch is also new as the appliances are but they were very uncomfortable....

"Every room has an ocean view. I liked the fire pit at night. We checked in and brought a cooler of food that fit nicely in the full size fridge in the kitchenette. The pillows were my favorite firmness which hardly ever happens at a hotel/motel. Easy walk to all the food places. Nice seeing the train go by below the property every so often. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "

"Enjoyed our quick one night stay. Beach/pier right across the street. Places to eat in front of condo and on beach. No need to drive anywhere. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Front desk lady was super friendly."
