"Perfect house for our family to spend time at during spring break. The hiking at Letchworth State Park was amazing with beautiful views. We enjoyed our evenings at the house making dinner, watching movies and playing different games in the basement. Our kids favorite was the shuffleboard. Nice selection of movies, games, cards and chess set. We saw a lot of different animals in the backyard. The birds in the morning were relaxing to listen to. The property is beautiful and very private. The house was clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. The large couch was perfect for our family of 5 also. Wonderful memories were made here. "

"Jennifer is an incredible host! We were having issues with locking the door, but she came in as soon as she could to fix the door lock for us. She’s incredibly easy to contact and is always willing to go the length as a host!The house is also very clean and has a lot of appliances that make cooking easy. It’s a great property with nice outdoor seating options. "
