"Decent hotel with nice pool. A bit far from sigiriya rock. No spa and massage open due to Covid, but everywhere else in Sri Lanka there were massage facilities open?"

"I stayed here 10 years ago and it was wonderful. The “bones” are great but “cracks” are appearing. The rooms are generous and the property and vistas are beautiful. The property, rooms and facilities are beginning to look a little tired and the staff are struggling. The swimming pool and spa are a long way away but there used to be buggies to pick you up especially during the heat of the day. Phones not working so room service was difficult. "We weren't happy with our accommodation at first but after we expressed our disappointment to the Manager, he was very accommodating and offered us another room. Throughout our stay, his service and the staff has been very accommodating. The environment of the hotel was comfortable and the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious too. The only downside is how outdated the rooms and facilities were. If only the owner and upper management would upgrade, I would go back to stay...

"It is a very cute hotel, friendly staff in a quite place. Their breakfast doesn't have many options (just eggs and fruits and toast). The road to lead to the hotel is quite tricky. A narrow road between grass that you drive for a good 10m. Nothing is around there. The signs on each room are really creative. But it is cheap and clean!"
