"This was one of the most friendly hotels that we have stayed in for a long time. All of the staff seem to have a genuine interest in making sure that we had a good time and made the most of our stay in Sigiriya. They also organised a couple of trips for us - to Polonnarua and an elephant safari. The first of these was a fascinating day visiting a former capital of Sri Lanka and the second was an afternoon seeing more than a dozen different herds of elephants, some of them just a few metres away...

"Friendly and helpful staff at reception and especially in restaurant. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Good food in restaurant. Very close to lake and easy access to town especially temple and city museum. Slightly noisy due to busy road but even so we would still recommend. "
