From the start he was welcoming and wonderful - allowing us an early check in with a bowl of fresh fruit, bread, milk, coffee, tea and wine to greet us. The apartment is in a wonderful location and it is absolutely gorgeous. We have been fortunate to travel abroad staying numerous rental apartments and this place has now topped our list. "Perfect for our group of 10 people : convenient, clean, spacious and well equiped. The roof-top terrace is absolutely amazing. The only small disagreament was a reccurrent permanent noise (like a compressor or a pump starting each 10 seconds on the roof) that could be eared in all the rooms. I don't know if the noise is always there or if it is something that can be fixed, but it kept some of us from sleeping. All the rest was just perfect !"

"The apartment is in great condition. it’s location is quite good if your interest is to stay at the city center. A supermarket around the corner well equipped. The beds, appliances, and accommodations are confortable and in great condition. The hot water is really hot and sufficient. The wifi needs more megas to my understanding. Feedback to the owner would be to provide paper towel, more garbage disposable bags and some basic seasoning items such as salt and pepper. Also detergent. But...

The couple that look after the property, Lola and Fernando, are extremely attentive and were a real pleasure to meet- they attended every day to sort the pool and tend the immaculate garden and were always happy to offer suggestions for local bars, restaurants, trips, etc. Maarten, the owner of the property, was in communication from the start and was very responsive and helpful dealing...

"This apartment in Seville was the best property we stayed in during our month in Europe. It was immaculately clean, spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our extended family of 8 to enjoy a memorable stay in beautiful Seville. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed some great restaurants in the streets nearby the apartment. Located in the old town, everything is at your fingertips. We loved it!"

"We loved our stay and wished we had booked for longer! The house is spotless, lots of great amenities in the kitchen. Washer and dryer were a plus. But the rooftop terrace is amazing — wish we had more days to hang out there! The neighborhood is great - and Isla Morada which is about 20 steps from the apartment has lovely tapas. Overall a great place to stay. "
