"We had a fantastic stay at La Escribana. The house is perfect and the garden is very spacious and verdant. The couple that look after the property, Lola and Fernando, are extremely attentive and were a real pleasure to meet- they attended every day to sort the pool and tend the immaculate garden and were always happy to offer suggestions for local bars, restaurants, trips, etc. Maarten, the owner of the property, was in communication from the start and was very responsive and helpful dealing...

There are plenty of fans provided which is excellent, however they were only able to blow warm air so we have quite a few uncomfortable nights sleep. There is only one air-conditioning unit in the front room. Information for the avid tea drinkers, there isnt a kettle so you have to boil water using a pan. Overall we...

"We stayed here with 17 of us and it was the perfect place for a group. The property is well amenitised with lots of bedrooms, towels, kitchen supplies, outdoor space, and so on. The pool is big and we were able to have parties without any complaints. You do have to pay for AC separately however this was very affordable. Overall, a great stay with excellent hosts!"

"We had a fantastic stay here, it's out of the village but perfect for peace and quiet (it is walkable into Constantina). The accommodation is fairly simple but was spotless and the small bedrooms at the back of the property kept them cool, the pool was amazing and we used every day over Easter. Great home

"The property is really nice. The pool is lovely and was very much needed during our summer stay. The only problem is the two upstairs bedrooms do not have any air-conditioning. There are plenty of fans provided which is excellent, however they were only able to blow warm air so we have quite a few uncomfortable nights sleep. There is only one air-conditioning unit in the front room. Information for the avid tea drinkers, there isnt a kettle so you have to boil water using a pan. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and Manuel was great at communicating from the moment we made the booking :)"
