"Staff were all great and friendly from the start right until the end of the stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet are both great with amazing an selection, I was surprised to see that the menu would change too! I was however disappointed to see that the jacuzzi and other facilities were only provided as a surcharge, €15 for 30 minutes, a timed thing! You can't just enjoy the relaxation knowing that the longer you stay in the more expensive it will be. "

"The location is nicely situated next to the slopes and convenient for people who want to enjoy winter sports. Hotel also has its own parking onsite with free valet. The balcony overlooked the slopes but it would’ve been nice to have chairs out there to sit and enjoy the sun. It’s hard to justify paying steep prices to stay here because it feels as though you don’t get anything back for what you paid, unfortunately. "Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. "Right at the centre of the resort - v short walk to ski lifts Good hosts and very Spanish feel about hotel. We had an excellent studio which was well equipped and serviced daily. Underground secure parking and a ski locker were v convenient. Maybe a little more detail on arrival process as one way system and underground car parking can be a bit confusing for new arrivals. Would stay again. "
