We knew about the stairs up to the room, we were not aware of the stairs inside our room between the washroom and the bedroom. We had a rental car and the desk explained that we had to report when we came in or out of the city gate. "The location is best as it is at the center of the city. The information about ZTL and parking option is clear. We chose to find free parking outside of the wall based on the info from the staff and the they didn't mind at all although it will not make them money. The breakfast is superb!! Good and abundant choices, tasty too. Cost performance is very good considering how affordable the hotel rate is."
