"This is the second time we have stayed here. I have nothing but good things to say about Royal Angkor Resort. The place is clean, the staff very friendly and the food is very good. "The experience was mediocre right from the start when the pick up wasn’t on time, then the room allotted had to be changed twice as the first room allotted was supposed to have some known pipe issues, the second room allotted was already occupied! When room service was ordered, the used soup bowl wasn’t removed for two days! Room service cleaning was requested but didn’t happen till the evening where the staff had to be reminded. "
