"Great proper English pub dog friendly. All the staff are helpful and friendly the room we were in ticked all the boxes . We stayed for 2 nights clean towels on second day . Traditional pub with good rooms . Went into Chichester which was about 20min drive great day out beautiful Cathedral. We will going back to the fox goes free ."

The only thing that could be improved, and I did mention this at reception, was the lack of suitable electric socket near a mirror, the hairdryer supplied in the room did not reach the mirror meaning you could not see your hair whilst drying it.
