"Loved the outdoor bathroom. The rooms are very comfortable. I like that there are only ~10 villas on site. Lovely breakfast served on the balcony each morning. Friendly staff. The only problem was that there was a lot of plastic and rubbish burn-off every day happening next door. This is not the hotels fault. However, every time we went outside to our bathroom, the smell was really bad and felt very unhealthy breathing it in. "

"This is an adequate place to stay if you go in with the expectation that it is a homestay, not a hotel. All staff were very friendly and courteous. The floor was quite clean but the room was very basic and old, with dirty walls. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. A light breakfast is included but other amenities listed on Expedia were not: for example, there is no daily housekeeping and no toiletries, not even soap! We did get towels and toilet paper upon request! Also note there is NO HOT...

"The family are very friendly and tge breakfast Was good. They made you feel welcome and treated me like family. I was given a yellow rice Dish when they were celebrating a ceremony and Told me that eating the yellow rice is part of their culture. Overall was a good experience."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Jati cottage. We were really sad to leave. Our room exceeded our expectations on arrival. Our room was accessed up our own set of steps, we had a large private balcony overlooking the pool. 2 double beds side by side which was perfect for our needs, there was also a sofa in the room. "Venue is in a location far enough away not to be affected by the noise of the bars, but for some that might be an issue. The beach(southern part) is approx 15 minutes walk away, the busier northern part is a fair distance but was a pleasant enough walk there. The room was spacious but lacked basic essential maintenance. "The Eden House was an incredible oasis minutes from.the busy shopping area, with a literal.walk into a peaceful, personalized haven. The Buddist feel and decor, both sophicated and warm, was paired with homemade breakfasts and a hands-on owner. I wouldbot have stayed anywhere else!"

Wayan met us at the cruise ship at the start of our stay and took us to the airport at the end of our stay. "We stayed for only one night and this place was perfect as a stopover before taking the fast boat to Lombok. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the property was clean and tidy. As a bonus we had a meal the evening before we arrived and I had a “ monster burger” which you could tell was cooked with care and delicious. All that and breakfast thrown in ! Difficult to beat for the price and highly recommended."

"Really enjoyed our time at this hotel, experienced the real Bali, watching people go about their daily lives, the villas are in the middle of rice paddies with amazing views in every direction, an easy walk into the nearby village, scooters for hire at reasonable cost or they will arrange a car, the restaurant is very reasonably priced which is good cos theirs none close to the hotel. Dis a silver class at Sidemen silver (next to yellow bridge) which was fun and affordable, a great stay. "

"This place is excellent value for money. The rooms are very nice and very clean with amazing views of rice fields and Agung. It is out of the main tourist area and no close by dining options. You really need a scooter if you stay here which was easy to hire at the accommodation. The staff are very attentive and helpful and they have a reasonable food menu which they deliver to your balcony.
