"Need some repairs and improvements: Outside: the deck has boards raised above the deck more than a quarter inch. Weeds growing through the steps and others should be trimmed out. some black mold on the deck chairs. Inside was very nice, but faucet in the kitchen need repair- hard to shut off completely. The stairway to basement had no railing which surprised us. Its a good comfortable property, but could an excellent property. We did enjoy it! Thank you"

"This house is nicely renovated inside. Roku tvs in the living room and queen bedroom. There’s a double futon in the room next to the living room. Outdated couch and chair, but comfy! Things to note: bring blankets. There’s aren’t any for the double bed, and just the comforter for the two beds upstairs. I slept with just a sheet so my daughter could have the comforter. Not the greatest neighborhood, but overall ok. Street parking that follows odd/even calendar days. Could easily walk to...

"We had a wonderful stay at Jarod's place with our family. This was our fourth summer going to a rental cabin on a lake with family ( 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 children) and this was our favorite place so far! Spacious home with spaces to gather or have your own space. The kitchen and living area was perfect for cooking and watching the olympics. We were in town for our son's 25th wedding anniversary in Eveleth, and needed a place big enough to accommodate us all, both inside and outside.
