"Carmela couldn't have been a better host - she went above and beyond to provide information and additional amenities to cater for our group (eg. providing advice and a microwave for one of our babies with allergies). The units were spotless and the pool was regularly cleaned (Carmela's husband did this so they were there semi-regularly). There was a technical fault with some of the air-con units but Carmela did everything to rectify it. They also left us local vegetables which were delicious!...

"I had been looking at several villas in the area, but when I saw this one, I knew it was the one I wanted, however in the Vrbo brochure it says it is a short walk to the church, but it is a 15 minute drive, apart from that it looked good. On arrival I was greeted by Salvo who was lovely, his English was not great, but I am trying to learn Italian so it was good practice for me. The villa was even better than it looked. A good size pool along with excellent accommodation, and plenty of Bathrooms...

"We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful spacious house, the beds were comfortable, every thing was according to description. The pool is wonderful and was used very much. Giacomo was very helpful and met everything we asked for. Overall very great and joyful stay. We highly recommend this place!"

"This is a good villa in a quiet location away from the main tourist areas. Pros: - communication and knowledge of owners: recommended restaurants and sites to visit. - outstanding views from the Villa - the sunsets! - local sandy beaches within 10 min drive - quiet location - great local restaurants (favourite was Sabor) - responsive of owners to respond to issues (we had some issues with the drains) - outdoor areas and lovely, large pool. -Space in and around the Villa. -Marina Di Ragusa...

"I will never use vrbo again. We had to find another place to stay after two nights at the property. There were multiple major issues, including a planned power outage and a false description of the house and its location."

"Pros: nice small pool, the view, the waves 10-15 meters from house, friendly owner. Quiet headland location, Scoglitti village 10 mins drive with basic amenities nice grocers and bakers etc. No tourists in October. Informal and simple lifestyle for a chill out. Accoms for 11 in a 3 bed and 4 doubles. Nice outside sun area overlooking the Med. if you want an unsophisticated chill out place for a large group away from it all then this would suit. Beach access 2 mins away but littered as are many...

"Stunning location. Lovely host and super helpful nephew - nothing was too much trouble. . Beach a short walk away - will give you a good work out though! Remote but drive away from shops in Siculiana and other remote beaches along the coast. We had the best time. Thank you."
