"Staff is extremely courteous and polite. My only small negative comment is that (for my tastes) the hotel should have tea & coffee making in the rooms. PS. I know that this is Sicily and that your coffee is either expresso or cappuccino, but at least you can provide it to when you have other Nationals staying at your marvelous hotel. Just a hint, but thanks x"

"We are 30 years old couple and stayed one night in La Maddalena. The place has a warm athmosphere but is a bit old dated. One person from a kind staff spoke english during our stay. We ate a good dinner from a short menu. There isn't own pools as mentioned in hotels.com (which is not a surprise however) and bed was very unconfortable in the room with no window. The breakfast was very italian with several choices."

"Supposed to be able to check in between 1 and 5 pm, no-one arrived till 10 to 2, two groups of us waiting over 30 minutes. Not given chance to use lift had to carry bags to third floor(we are both 70) not made to feel welcome, just keys thrust at us. These didn't work well and no-one around after five if you couldn't get them to work, we found people who had been sitting waiting for someone else to help as couldn't get in. No water in room. Bed clean and comfortable, not good towels, poor...
