"We arrived about 30 minutes early and had to wait out those minutes before being allowed to check in. It was beginning to sprinkle and didn't want mobility scooter getting wet. While checking in, the girl was on the phone so not the best customer service. PROS: nice clean room, comfy beds, spacious room, bathroom was perfectly equipped, first floor room. CONS: customer service could be better. If I was in the area, I would pick this hotel but hope for better service."
