"Beautiful place to stay, lovely calm, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Great selection at breakfast. Only downside was no air-con in my bedroom and was very hot through the night. Would definitely stay again. "

"Staff are great friendly and helpful, breakfast was spot on good quality, central location, I've stayed before and it suits my needs, everything worked correctly, good hot water in shower (better than some more expensive hotels). Overal a nice hotel to stay lovely building but needs a freshen up. "

"Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and good food incl breakfast at the Skybar & restaurant. Nice touches with free complimentary mini bar and access to the spa. Very convenient for events at BP pulse arena. Only negative is some areas of the Spa incl pool and showers need a deep clean and freshen up with paint."

"Really comfortable bed, clean and simple room but had everything needed in it. AC was a massive bonus and worked really well The desk was helpful when needing extra pillows and towels etc Very smooth check in and check out Close to the arena, shopping centre and train station which worked out amazing for us when seeing a band at the arena "
