"Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The house was perfect formy husband, myself and the in-laws. We needed to be close to Maxwell Air force base for the trip and the home is ideally located. "

Friday night we went to Niffer’s about 20 minutes from the house. All in all, a lovely place to stay. It was clean, quiet and all of us felt safe. "

"We rented the space because of the outside area with pool. Upon arrival there were chip bags in the yard, empty water bottles, the exterior seating area was covered in mildew and bird poop and the pool was not usable. The water was extremely cloudy (could not see the bottom of the pool) and there was debris everywhere. I would have been happy to dip out the debris and even scrub the outdoor furniture, but we would not have been able to swim in the pool, which is why we left the next morning...

"Check in was a breeze although the door lock is a little frustrating. The home is spacious but needs a good deep cleaning. We found crackers behind doors, under the nightstand and used q-tips on the floor in the bathroom. Upon arrival we noticed that there was not power in one of the guest rooms, the management company sent someone out but he could not resolve the issue. We were told that an electrician would be out the next day to take care of it. The next day I reached out to management to see...

"Nice location, just a couple minutes down the road from TU! Tub, bed linen, refrigerator and yard were all clean. I left my electric toothbrush and the host offered to ship it back to me! Next time I’m in town, I’m definitely booking this but again! Thank you! "
