"I’ve stayed at the Ibis Brighton many times, the staff are always welcoming, accommodating to our room preferences. The went out of their way to arrange some treats in the room when we stayed over a birthday weekend. It is convenient location for us. "

"The hotel is located at the sea front and I got a lobely view of the pier and the sea! The interior is a bit tired apart from the bath, which was lovely! Bed was comfortable amd if I wasn't busy, I would have requested a late checkout, which is offered for extra charge. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate selection amazing! Free wifi in the room and hotel. Pool is also available, but didnt get a chance to use it. Other amenities like iron, ironing board and blowdry all can be found in the room. The only negative is, the hotel, because it is quite old, has creeky floors and I could hear people walking around. "

"Some of the best service I have had in the UK. Every member of the team was attentive and polite. From the moment walked in we were greeted by every single team member with a big smile, like they were genuinely happy we were staying at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, plenty of parking hotel was clean and looked nice. Faultless but the staff was really impressive, made the stay a pleasure. Will defintley return and recommend. 10 out of 10. "
