"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. "This hotel is fantastic! It overlooks Odori Park, which was the perfect location for attending the Sapporo Snow Festival. You literally walk out the door into the festival. The lobby / cocktail area is very hip, with fabulous views of the park and tower. Rooms were on the smaller side, but well appointed. Beautiful breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this hotel if you are headed to Sapporo! "

"If you’re new to Sapporo then staying in this hotel is really convenient. Subway, Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes walk. Famous Ramen alley is just across. Room cleaning is only done 4days once so that was inconvenient. Breakfast was tasty. "
