"身内の不幸で急遽宿を探していたので、人数の変更なども急遽お願いしてしまったりしたのですが、快く対応して頂きとても有難かったです！子供が小さいため念のためお風呂付きのお部屋をお願いしたのですが、平日だったこともあり大浴場も空いている時間があったので、子供達が騒いでしまっても周りの方を気にせずのんびり入浴することができました(^^)お部屋も和室で広々としており、窓から関門橋が一望でき子供達も大喜びでした！ 朝食の際には子供用の椅子やカトラリーも準備して頂きとても助かりました！ 連泊でしたので、おもちゃやDVDを貸し出して頂けるのが本当に有難かったです！ なによりスタッフの方みなさん親切で子供達にも優しく声をかけて頂き本当に感謝です！旅行で利用する際も水族館等も近いので、子供連れの方にもとてもオススメだと思います(^^)"

"Everything is perfect. The location of the hotel is also very close to the station and there is a convenience store nearby. The bus stop is also close, so it's good to go to Karato Market or Akama Shrine. Yume Tower can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There is a hot spring inside the hotel, so you can enjoy the hot spring freely. Free ramen is served in the evening and many other services are provided for free. It is easy to get to Kokura by subway, and I think it is the best hotel to travel...

Since there is no staff in the building, your only way to access is by the email sent by the property owner. "I would give 6 stars if I could. The hotel room and lobby areas are spotless. Staff are also very helpful and attentive. Free breakfast was tasty and wonderful. You get to store your luggage for free for the day of check in and check out so you could go sightsee carefree. Amenities include PJs, coffee, tea, toiletries, etc. Overall very very satisfied with our stay. We also got a water view room so that was a bonus. "
