"Great public onsen with 2 free private onsen rooms (walk-in, each session 45mins). Hotel & facility looks pretty new & room is very spacious! Staffs' English level is anove average."

"We had Suite Room B and it was very spacious and well maintained. Rurikoh had many good services (free shuttle to/from Kagaonsen train station, spa w/massages, outdoor foot onsen, taiko drum performance, free afternoon snacks), a beautiful outdoor onsen and large indoor one, very good traditional Japanese breakfast, and very welcoming staff. A short walk (approx 8 min) to several grocery stores and restaurants."
