"this is a lovely hotel, well appointed and very comfortable, the one negative is there is no lift, which if you have luggage and are on the second floor, its tough. the restaurant is great, service a bit slow, but the breakfast offering is superb. there is electric charging in the car park A really lovely hotel"

"Room 104. Check-in smooth and friendly. Bed very comfortable - maybe some people would find it quite firm.. The pillows were very full. Room was not especially large but was quiet and felt calm. The climate control only had options for 19 degrees or 20 degrees. We found the room a little warm overnight. The floor to ceiling windows let in an impressive amount of light. The window design meant it did not open. This felt a little claustrophobic as the room was a little warm. Very good shower and nice big kettle. The addition of a chiller was very helpful as we had brought a small amount of fresh food and some oat milk with us. "
