"Good: - Very clean, exceptional views of harbor with the curved windows. The other room with bay views and balcony was also quite nice! - right near Minatomirai metro station - super clean and upscale - concierge staff was helpful in making dinner reservations since we didn’t have a tel number It’s about a 15m walk to Sakuragicho station but there are 2 Pokémon manhole covers you can spot along the way which is fun! The bed was comfy and large (king), the tub was huge, and they are eco friendly!"

"Very easy and convenient access from Haneda Airport, due to being connected to Terminal 3. Facilities felt pretty clean and reasonably updated as well. Having a 24HR Lawson next door is also very convenient. The only thing to know is that due to being in Haneda, most Tokyo points of interest will be at least 45m away via train or bus. Would recommend for a very short trip, but not for any more than 3 days."

"It’s a good thing I listened to my heart. It was the best decision ever to stay at Shibuya Excel Hotel. It’s very convenient to everything. Upon checking in, they upgraded our room to the 20th floor. The view overlooking the city was fantastic. It was the biggest room we had during our stay in Japan."

"Wow, this place is perfect. I stayed one night so I could leave to the airport relatively early for a flight. They offer a shuttle to the airport, and the best information on other routes to explore/get to the airport. Not to mention, the best customer service you could ask for! "
