"The property is close to Pictured Rocks, and just a short walk from the lake. We enjoyed the fireplace this time of year. Grand Marais is a cute little town. If you plan on cooking, you would want to bring your own food, the grocery store in town is very small. We had a great time!"

"This is my second fall trip to the Turtle Cove property in Hiawatha National Forest. The house and property were excellent, clean, and ready when we get in the first evening. The location made for great adventures and the morning views of the fall colors were excellent as I sipped my coffee. I will look to stay at this property again on my next visit to the area."

I.e., ""stove top" means range top, no oven; "TV" means tv and VCR, no cable or broadcast access. (We did enjoy some of the old VHS and DVDs provided). Better directions to house would have helped especially after dark. We'd rent this location again."
