"We very much enjoyed our stay on Nevins Lake at the Nook. Very clean! everything we could need in the kitchen and the bathroom supplied. We were very comfortable, loved the lake, though too cold to get in in November in Michigan. We hope to come back in warmer times and make use of the kayaks! They thought of everything, and were very good to work with, communicate with. We recommend staying here for that much needed quiet break!"

"This is my second fall trip to the Turtle Cove property in Hiawatha National Forest. The house and property were excellent, clean, and ready when we get in the first evening. The location made for great adventures and the morning views of the fall colors were excellent as I sipped my coffee. I will look to stay at this property again on my next visit to the area."

"Lovely, peaceful setting, very relaxing. Close to attractions in Munising. Comfortable. Must read owners' description very literally. I.e., ""stove top" means range top, no oven; "TV" means tv and VCR, no cable or broadcast access. (We did enjoy some of the old VHS and DVDs provided). Better directions to house would have helped especially after dark. We'd rent this location again."

"Cozy cottage, very clean with a sweet sunrise view. We enjoyed coffee in the morning watching sunrise. Close to Pictured Rocks boat tour and central to many hiking trails and waterfalls. "

"This place was perfect for our fall visit to Grand Marais. The home is located close to town. It’s fully stocked and was very homey. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out perfectly for us. Owner was easy to reach. Very clean and comfy. Got to see the colorful leaves, go rock hounding at the nearby beach and to the casino in Christmas. Will look to stay here again next time. "

"The cabin is close enough to Pictured Rocks and all that Munising has to offer, restaurants and activities. The cabin had all the needed amenities for cooking, recreation and comfort. My family enjoyed the boats and yard for outdoor play. The host had great communication. "
