"We live in the South Bay and went up to Pollock Pines for a relaxing long weekend. We loved this cabin! Very clean and well appointed. It was situated in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to the main road and Highway 50, so we were able to do day trips to Auburn, Coloma and Placerville. Phil was a very responsive host and shared some good hiking tips with us. We want to try and go back for another stay in this little oasis in the pines. "

"We all enjoyed the property. The directions needed updating. The property is very long so the gps pinned it at the top of the mountain instead of at the cabin. The access to the river was a big hit with us."

"Overall it was a nice getaway for the weekend. The hot tub was great. The amenities were nice. Luckily there's 2 bathrooms . We couldnt get the hot water to work in the master so we used the secondary bathroom. We notified the owner, they said it does work. So not sure what was wrong. Another thing that was concerning, when we walked up to check in, we saw a notice from code enforcement discouraging renters from staying there until the property was up to code. "We had a wonderful stay here for our mom's 98th birthday. The home felt very comfortable as we mainly stayed indoors because it rained most of our stay.....but there were many areas to spend time in. Lots of perks throughout the house, and the home is very clean. Main bedroom was larger than expected. Katie responded quickly and Monica came by pretty quick when we had an issue figuring out the fireplace.....once it got going it was nice and toasty. We would definitely stay again."

"The cabin is just as pictured, cozy and inviting, perfectly comfortable for my family. Groceries is just 5 minutes away, Apple Hill 20 minutes and Sly Park just amazing also 5 minutes away. Christine was quick and responsive to any questions we had about the cabin and area. The cabin is very modern, everything digital so just need to be prepared to using your phone to unlock doors and such. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!"

"Our family had a wonderful stay at the Lakehouse - spacious, warm, clean and light, beautiful scenery (lake, vineyards, horses). Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, small appliances, and cooking gear, as well as basic kitchen needs (oil and spices, foil, etc.). We loved the great room, movie night, walks on the property. Tim and staff were quick and attentive to a request for help in re-setting the TV/cable/internet box. Fairly quick drive into Placerville for supplies, wine tasting....

"This place was nice and it will played out. It great because you can park your rental car in the driveway instead of try to Park on the street where you have a hard time finding a parking spot. The host tell you up front everything she expects and I love that so you can’t say I didn’t know the inside of the house is so relaxing you don’t want to leave I loved it there hope to come back again"
