"MUST READ. Hotel did not honour booking through hotels.com and I had no choice but to pay an increased price for the room again. Case is registered with Hotels.com Apparently the hotel has changed ownership, the new owner has nothing to do with hotels.com and states he does not receive any money. Upon arrival in freezing cold, wind and rain, we had little choice but to pay 30% more, and pay for a full night stay. Hopefully hotels.com will refund the booking amount charged as we booked through their platform. Additionally, you have to pay extra for a heater if you want one in the room, which would be essential if you dont want to turn to ice in the night. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom has a pungent smell. Long tiring walk to the mall. View was good. Very noisy with other customers, can hear everything from reception to children screaming."

"First of all the property is not on road side, you have to climb down so many stairs to reach to the hotel. Rooms gates and windows are not properly sealed gusty chilly wind passes through slits that makes room super chilly and leaves your blanket and bed in freezing condition. On above that they charge 300 rupees extra per day to provide room heater. Super inconvenient."

"We booked the Manor Luxury apartments for our first road trip in India. After hours of driving on scenic, broad, then narrow and winding roads, we arrived at the apartment in time for the most beautiful sunset over the mountains😍😍 Check in: 💯super easy and the staff ensured we were set up in the apartment before coming over to collect our check in documents. I really liked this coz I had a chance to settle the kids, take in the sunset, then do paperwork. Apartment: 💯clean, well maintained, well furnished and complimentary coffee, lemonade and fruits. The views are to die for! Meals: 💯 delicious and the restaurant was lovely with lots of fairy lights in the garden... it was abit cold for my team so we dined in the apartment the other nights. Convenient ordering in whatsapp and meal preferences were considered. Meals were tasty too! The chocolate brownie with Ice cream is sinfully sweet! Heated pool! 💯perfectly heated for the cold weather... one must book a slot and charges are 500rupees per hour for adults. Kids swam for free as long as an adult was there. Looved it! Private and fun!The club house where the pool is located had a few more activities, gym, pool, table tennis. We did not try any of them due to time constraints. Nature hike: We loved hiking up the hills and walking through the pine trees... we did 4km which was well handled by our kids ages 5 and 7. We loved our stay and highly recommend Manor Luxury apartments! "
