"It's truly a 5-star hotel in Shimla. Rooms are super spacious and neatly kept. The hotel has its English architecture still very well maintained. The food served was super delicious. We had our infant with us; he was provided with the right and tasty baby food. I will definitely come again."

"Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly. "Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking.
