"The 2 twin beds were too small for a family of 4. They should not have posted for 4 persons. One of the beds has lots of quirky sound from the bed frame and the mattess perhaps need a change as the spring is lob sided .The mirror has water mark in the bath room."

"We did not get check-in instructions until 40 minutes after check-in, but other than that, the property was extremely clean and well-kept, and the area is a very short walk away from Shibuya Crossing and all of its stores."

"My brother and I stayed here for 12 days and found it exactly as presented online. Because there were two of us, the host put out a futon. It was comfortable enough for a good night of sleep, and surprisingly long enough for someone 6 feet tall. The room is small (as well as the shower), but it was what we expected and definitely manageable. The size of the room is less important since you'll be spending most of your time out in Tokyo! "My family and I had a wonderful experience with this stay. It was conveniently located very close to many attractions as Shibuya Crossing,Tokyo Tower and a 30 min drive to Disneyland. The host was amazing with instructions and cleanliness of the place as they came midweek to clean and restock towels. It was so comfortable with the beds and the shower. If you never been to Japan and this is your first type of place you’re staying in make sure you understand how the hot water works for the shower....

"A very good place to stay for our family of 4 on a quiet and convenient street in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo. Convenient grocery stores and all the amenities we needed in the apartment. Good manual from host on how to locate the place and use it well.. Like most places in Tokyo, it is compact but it does the job of a clean and comfortable place to stay while seeing the city."

"This property is well appointed. Host provided all essentials and instructions about rental and surrounding area. Clean. Air conditioning worked well. Great location for exploring Tokyo. Anyone who rents needs to be able to handle steep stairs to main floor and very steep and narrow stairs to loft."

"My stay at the APA hotel in Roppongi was awesome! From initial check-in the staff was friendly and helped me through the the steps when I had questions during the self check-in. The TV was actually a great tool that displayed the amenities of the hotel; free movies/ shows, wifi code, where the spa and washers were, times for the restaurant, even tourist info. Everything was clean and all the consumables would get replaced daily with a switching of the linen every 3 days which the TV would remind you of. The hotel is right next to an underground transit line and only a 5 minute walk to the nearest family mart. The at the very top was the pool/ observation area that gives you a good view of the city. The only things I had trouble with were the laundry washers and learning to use a pants press instead of an iron haha, other that I wouldn't mind staying again next time I visit the Tokyo."
