"The apartment was in a lovely location, about an eight minute walk to the closest station or if your adventurous like me, only about a 25 minute walk from Shibuya Scramble or 30 minute walk to Shinjuku. The bed was comfy and I slept quite well. Check-in was quite easy and the communication with the host was quite easy as well. I'd stay here again."

"The location was great - we liked being 15 minutes away from Shibuya but not right in the middle of it. The space is a bit cramped but there were 5 of us so that's fair. It was hard to check out because the lock box wouldn't open but the host did respond quickly to my request for help. All in all it was a good hotel for our family. Thanks! "

"We paid for a room with two double beds, and to our surprise the host cheated us out and gave us a room with a single bed and a futon. He then tried to convince us that this was a good deal. The host was also very slow in contact and refuses to respond even now. There was also some mold on the shower curtain. The walls are also very thin and you can hear a group of smokers chatting down the hall everyday. This is a terrible place and would not recommend, the host is willing to cheat you of your...
