"I stayed at this property while in town for a couple nights for work. Communication was easy as far as accessing the property. It was in a great central location for me. The property was very clean, stylish and comfortable. Had plenty of extras if you needed to cook. I would stay here again next time I am in town."

"The landlord made the check in process very simple. The house is older but was spotless. We had all the dishes and cookware we needed for feeding six adults and three children. The living room area is large and perfect for the kids to wrestle and play on the floor. Thank you Mr. McCoy for providing us with such a good place for our family get together. "

"Was looking for a close but rural, "far from the noise" place to get away for the weekend. Happened upon this studio apartment by chance, and will definitely book again soon. Thorough driving instructions, clean and cozy, warm, quiet. Appreciated the coffees. The pond behind the house is a nice touch. The porch table will come in handy for warmer, dryer nights. Enjoyed hearing the pond water, and the birds and wild turkeys in the morning. Recommend! Thanks!"
