"I spent a week in this tiny house, and yes, it's tiny! The washer and dryer are in the bedroom, so there's no room for a nightstand. I used my luggage. There wasn't a good place to store my week's worth of clothes, either. I figured it out. Other than those minor inconveniences, this place is lovely. The host was awesome, very quick with responses. The house itself is a historic home, so as another reviewer mentioned, the floors are a bit creaky in spots. But that's the charm of a historic home. "It was nice. We’d been to Cooperstown before and this house was comparable to the last. It’s a nice home, has everything you need, but is a little farther away from Dreams Park than I hoped, but not bad. We ran in a couple of times, because it is close enough that you can. But it takes a few minutes. Had to many bugs and moths inside for me, but that’s part of being out in the country. There was a squirrel inside when we got there, but it ran outside when we opened the door to go in. Overall...

"We spent two nights with our dogs. It was a beautiful property very picturesque. Our dogs loved the yard and kennel. After a couple days of hiking and a lot of leash walking they enjoyed being able to run free in the fenced yard. The house had a great layout with lots of space. "

"Everything was so awesome!!!! They had everything you need and more. It sits on acres of property with trails to hike. We have seen more deer here than I think we have seen in our lives together. They had trails, a large deck you could sit on to watch for deer and views that were so magnificent. The house was beautiful inside as well. I would stay there again if I were to go upstate NY again."
