"We booked two rooms for one night. Both rooms had large beds, good facilities and were clean. Breakfast was lovely with the usual full English and continental available. The only problem was as it was a Saturday night one of the rooms had a problem with noise from the street of revellers. Very friendly staff and the refurbishment is not a problem."

The staff went above and beyond catering for us with early check ins and extra rooms to get ready in so we could be on time for the wedding. "Overall very happy with our stay. Only some attention to detail issues. Our room was not ready on arrival. We didn't wait long but it wasn't as if we arrived early. Also we were offered drinks while waiting which I later found out we were charged for. Our tea and coffee was not replenished after the first night."
