The hot water heater hadn't been flushed in a long time (maybe never). The hot water had some sediment and smelled of Sulphur. *There are only a few restaurants within 5 miles (15-20 minutes) and none of them are much of anything. *The 3 floor unit only has one hvac unit. The ground floor and the upper floor...

"We love the Airlie however there is one serious need. Every room is entirely hardwood flooring and no carpets, rugs, or throw rugs of any kind. If it rains then water gets everywhere and theres nowhere to put your shoes. Puddles everywhere. If there's snow like it did this week then there are puddles from your luggage, puddles from your shoes, and wet socks."

The owner has been fantastic and goes above and beyond to make the property feel like a home; not just a rental.
