They went above and beyond every single step of the way, they even dropped off little Christmas presents with chocolate for guests! It was adorable. The staff was extremely polite. They upgraded our room & had champagne waiting at arrival. The cocktails at the bar were fabulous. City is very walkable & shopping just around the corner. 12/10 experience."
