"Guy at front counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms seem to have just been renovated so they are very clean. So far I'd say in the past couple years of staying in some other hotels, this has been the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Area was very convenient. There is a wonderful pizza place right beside the parking lot and if you stay here you have got to try it! "

The location is fabulous as the beach is not crowded and is much more interesting than most beaches on Hilton Head as it is on the sound and has lots of interesting estuaries within easy walking distance.
