"Our stay at Shangri-La was beyond amazing. The shuttle driver, Hanif, was very kind and friendly. He even recommended a driver who could show us around the city and his recommendation ended up being perfect. He kept in touch with us regarding his shuttle schedule and made our pick up and drop offs from the dubai mall very easy and convenient. Our breakfast and afternoon tea experiences with Nikhil and company in the business lounge on the 41st floor were also great. Nikhil and his staff took great care of my allergies to eggs and nuts and made sure I had something safe to eat. Our baby felt a little warm and the hotel sent us a nurse on staff to take the baby’s temperature and assured us that she was okay. This was amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Family trip for limited time,location is excellent but the real gem is the staff , very nice and helpful from start,they also helped in not only keeping our luggage last day but helping to put some medicines in fridge. Room is spacious ,clean and views were good ,and quiet . "

"Great and fantastic service provided by all staff members. We stayed in a business suite with formal living room and kitchen area. I liked this space as you could have family in different areas of the room without feeling crowded. The bathroom is nice with bathtub and shower, though the floor can get wet if not careful due to the bathtub glass "door" that lets out water. Comfortable beds, pillows could be more firm but that is my preference. I didn't use the balcony space but you have a view towards the main road and the housing towards the sea. The gym was great with a lot of equipment and a sauna- I liked the views and watching the sunrise. The restaurant has good food too and complimentary flavoured water near the entrance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Also, I didn't use it but it looks easy to get to the hotel from the airport uing the metro."

"Great stay staff very friendly rooms are spacious and very clean! Great location a lot of tourist locations are close by. Also train station in walking distance. Starbucks and Tim Horton is couple steps away for an early breakfast. 10/10 "
