We had the accessible room which had a ramp up to the door and the bathroom was a wet room. If you are a wheelchair user or find steps difficult its worth checking how accessible the restaurant is as there were a number of steps in different areas to go from the outside to the bar on to the restaurant. "

"Lovely staff here. I had to take some medicine in the morning and although I didn’t book breakfast the staff were more than happy to get me some food so I didn’t take it on an empty stomach. Spa was lovely and room was a bit dated but still great value for money and comfortable and warm "

"The hotel was reasonable but not outstanding - the room was smaller than expected and it was disappointing that security had parked in the disabled bay which I could have done with using as a blue badge holder. The staff were however friendly and accommodating. The rooms were not as quiet as I would have liked and I was woken twice in the night once by a door being opened and once from snoring and the toilet being used by the room next door. The room would benefit from a desk and chair and free WiFi for the duration of the stay not just 8 hours a day. I would return for pleasure I would not return for business. "
