"The location is in a shopping district near 3rd Avenue in the Bronx so you are literally near everything from the trains to the corner stores. Checking in was easy and the staff left me alone and didn’t bother for the most part. My shower head didn’t work unfortunately, room service has to be asked for instead of just performed and no microwave in the rooms or anywhere Aside from those negatives the cleanliness impressed me and with a vending machine in the lobby it was not to bad of a stay. "Staff was amazing. Always willing to help where needed and they were very friendly. The hotel was old. The bathtub was stained with who knows what. The doors to each unit had big gaps that let light through from the hallway, also letting more noise through on top of each room not being sound proof. We were traveling spontaneously and on a budget so this place was a good book for us. I would ONLY recommend if you’re traveling on a budget but if you’re able to splurge elsewhere, I’d say do it!"
