"Very clean, well appointed. I did not use any amenities and do not know if I could have gotten coffee or a soda. There was a bar near the elevators. As a pet owner, I appreciated the fact it was dog friendly although my dogs stayed home. A few issues I had: the bed was I believe memory foam and it was a little uncomfortable. I did turn a lot. It felt as though there was a lump in my side which seemed to follow me to the other side of the bed. Also I could not figure out how to close the shade. The cords seemed stuck. And the room was cold. I turned the heat up but it did not substantially alter the temp. I live near wind swept beaches of Cape Cod so I like cold rooms but this didn't seem to warm up much. However, I definitely would stay again. "

"Delightful experience, upon arrival, check-in process set a positive tone, was greeted by two professional and friendly interns who welcomed me warmly, they were super efficient and attentive to details making the check-in process swift, and exceeding my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the room to the lobby and the hallways, everything was spotlessly maintained, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment that I truly appreciated. I also had the chance to visit the indoor pool, which was beautifully maintained though I noted that the water was quite cold. It seems the heating system was challenged in maintaining a warmer temperature in the lobby area, which may have affected the pool's temperature. It was a super cold weekend with temps in the teens. Despite this, the hotel was great. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I look forward to returning."
