"Friendly staff and very helpful, food was adequate. Bed was very uncomfortable, woke up with lots of aches and pains, also extractor fan was not working in bathroom, this was pointed out to staff. Also we found that the lighting was very poor, particularly when trying to apply makeup, a small lighted mirror in the bathroom would help."

Becca is really excellent and has befriended a few off the older locals and helps them along with advice and a chat. It's not posh, but then it's very cheap. We'll be going back 👍"

"A decent hotel to stay in in Sheffield, lovely rooms and reasonable value. Some facilities are a bit dated but service from the hotel is great, staff are really good. MPW Steakhouse was slow, and when the food arrived some was cold but it was quickly rectified and the meal turned out good. "
