"Wonderful B&B! My husband and I took our two daughters (ages 3 and 1) to Magic Wings and wanted to make it a fun overnight trip. The Black Walnut room #7 was excellent, large and clean with 2 double beds (we brought our own Pack n Play). Smart TV, lots of outlets and a bonus couch with a round coffee table (which is something you don't really think about until you have a toddler..) everything you could want. Breakfast was made to order, and my 3 year old LOVED her chocolate chip pancakes. The owner and the chef went out of their way to make us feel welcome with small kids and I'm really appreciate that, we look forward to our next visit!"

"The Nutmeg was one of our best finds in VT. Our host Shelly was caring, efficient, kind and hospitable. The Inn has easy sitting rooms for quiet time, game time or admiring her art and fresh flowers. Our Rooms were on the first floor and spacious. Breakfast was superb, healthy and farm fresh. We will be back."

"This is a great venue. It is affordably priced, conveniently located, artfully maintained in accordance with it original style (wooden floors and picket rail porch, antique furniture, etc.). I felt unique and pampered in my room. I even heard a train whistle nearby in the early wee hours of the morning, reassuring and comforting rather than disturbing. I hope to return for a longer stay."

"I rarely take the time to review anywhere I’ve stayed, but this place has stolen my heart! Its absolutely breathtaking property is second only to the friendliness of the staff. We couldn’t get enough of the sauna and hot tub with a view of the mountains, as well ans the evening firepit surrounded by andirondak chairs. The rooms and building is well maintained seemingly brand new. One of very few places I would stay again over and over! "
