"My husband and I along with our 2 small dogs had a wonderful stay at this lovely mountain retreat. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed to cook breakfast and an easy dinner each evening. The property was beautiful with lots of tall old growth trees that were beautiful with the fall colors and even though it was in a community you felt like you were in a secluded mountain retreat because most of the homes were obsured by the trees; and it is on a dead end road...

"This place was perfect for us. Secluded and quiet area, great history, and great amenities. It’s definitely a historic cabin and may not be suitable for everyone, especially those who are taller than around 5’9”, or those with physical handicaps. For us it was perfect. The managers were great and communicated with us any time we asked questions. Highly recommend. "

"We took a long weekend away to visit with some friends of ours who live in Boston. The house was perfect in both size and coziness! We loved the hot tub (even in frigid temps!) and the fireplace. The kitchen was well-appointed and the fresh local coffee beans were such a nice touch!! Will definitely make it a point to stay with Mountain Mama Cabins in the future!"

"The cabin is so cute and comfortable especially for a beautiful snow storm. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook: toaster oven, microwave, fridge, stove/full sized oven, coffee pot, utensils. The porches are perfect to do a ton of bird watching from. We had several families of deer walk by. The hot tub is such a nice treat! It worked perfectly while we were there and was piping hot. I appreciate the added privacy around the hot tub. "Outstanding house and outstanding hosts. The only small this is that there are restrictions noted everywhere, door jams, etc. That said, I don't know what it's like to be the host/owner and if people had previously disrespected my property, I would put up restrictions. It's important to note that these notes didn't inhibit our good time. We will likely rent here again, if they will have us and you can 't go wrong renting this home. Go Eagles!!!"
