"Stayed over Friday-Saturday to visit friends based at the University. Brilliant hotel for 3 friends looking for clean, modern, handy city centre accommodation at an attractive pricepoint. Excellent and extremely helpful communication from the reception staff both in advance of and during our stay, spacious room, clean and fresh with great bathroom facilities, and a small but adequate gym for a quick run on the treadmill. "Lift broke down several times. Tv did not work despite management trying it fix it. Food was shocking so much my partner got violently ill. Despite checking in with credit card we were required to pay for each item. When leaving staff brought luggage coatkeys left in room and taxi back to pick up. Disaster rm 238"

"Parking ramp was a little hard to get in and out of with a big rental car, but stay was good. Location was awesome - near St. Johns castle, bars and restaurants. Nice size rooms - clean & comfortable "
