"Mike, the owner, stayed in touch and met us at the unit ( on a cold, snowy night ). Very personable guy! The apartment was clean, well decorated, and warm. We walked back and forth through the shops and restaurants of Mystic. Parking off the street. Washer, dryer and dishwasher! I don’t have a sour note. Recommend this rental without reservation."

"It is a cute, but tiny apartment. Very short walk to "downtown" Mystic and the Seaport. There is another apartment above it so at times you'll hear voices and footsteps. The heat hadn't been turned on, so the 1st nite was chilly but the property manager quickly addressed that."

"Very clean. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Sofa bed couch was uncomfortable. We walked to downtown Mystic. Only half a mile. Vrbo gave us the wrong code for the door lock and I didn't have the email for the host. Fortunately the downstairs guests had the email and we got in."

"The place was nicely finished. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking meals. Could hear footsteps from upstairs (4 bedroom) unit but not any voices. Could hear some kitchen noise and muffled music in evenings from bar below, but not too bad. With a few extras (coat hooks, minor maintenance fixes, more silverware, etc) could be even better! Walking distance to several places to eat, the main shopping/restaurant district is on the north side of the harbor while...

"This is a fantastic place to stay. It has everything you need and is quite comfortable. The place was immaculate, updated and worth every penny. The location is close to the “action”, but removed from the traffic and noise. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer. "

"I arrived and was able to get into the property with the code provided even though someone was living in the property already. Very challenging on a Friday night with 3 children and an 80 year old mother. No response from property manager and VRBO seemed unable to help except to look into a refund. Had to find alternative accommodation as had a weekend of commitments - 6 people squashed into a very expensive hotel room and a cooler of food that spoiled."
