"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"We loved our stay at Lookout Loft, it was super clean, exactly as pictured on VRBO, comfortable, easy, clear directions for parking and check in. The location is fabulous, right above a store on Thames St, so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We had no issues with outside noise at night, we all slept great! We would definitely recommend and return!"

"The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones."

"We came to Newport for the bowens warf seafood fest and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The location of the rental was perfectly set in town. Walkable to just about anywhere. Tons of food choices, overwhelming amount of retail shops. Minutes to walk to the ward. Only downside was parking. Highly recommend This rental. "

"We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...
