The property was gorgeous, surrounded by inviting peaks; a large open field, with a swimming pool at one end and several independent cottages at the other, offered a great place for our dog and us to amble; a short nature trail, well maintained, connected to an old railroad bed that was nice to stroll. ...

"We went with friends for the weekend of January 19-21. The house doesn't reflect this from the outside, but once you get inside, you will be amazed. Clean, well-kept. We really recommend it. Behind the house there is a beautiful view of the river. When the weather is nice in spring or summer, you won't want to stay inside but outside. Even though it's right next to the road, you can't hear cars at all because they don't drive very often. I hope that we will be able to come there again soon and...

"Arrived to no power due to the storms the day before. We had received a call after we were on the way warning us. No power also meant no water. Fortunately, the power company arrived shortly after we did, and power was restored. The house was a nice rustic old farmhouse. It was comfortable, but we were very glad the weather was not too hot.
