"Wife & I always lived near pieces of Route 66 so stayed here on 1/1/2025. It is remodeled and restored but with modern heating, bathrooms, carpet, etc but retained the Route 66 era feel and appearance, like big Stars on all outside doors to tell folks they are in Texas! Room has little fridge, TV, WiFi, microwave, even a safe! Beds are classic but Queen size with new, wonderfully comfortable mattresses. Shower was hot and full force!
